Thank you so much for fixing sliding door!

For years my 87 year-old grandfather has been unable to open the sliding door to our balcony. In the past, we've had to settle ... for extra oil or lubricant with the comment, "that's the best we can do." Not anymore! Finally today someone from maintenance spent a long time getting things to work, so now not only can my grandfather open the door, he can open the door with one hand! This is especially important with COVID-19, because my grandfather has been forced to spend so much time at home. Now my grandfather can finally go out on the balcony and enjoy the summer weather! Pretty good move!

I LOVE this area. I'm next to everything I could ever think of. Love the underground parking and having a washer and dryer ... in my unit. Also, the guy in the office, Tyrese is AMAZING!!!! ALWAYS super super super helpful and answers all my questions in a super timely manner and that means a lot coming from a previous place where I could never reach anyone in the office. the apartments are also verrry fairly priced to be in MN.
